I think mechanical engineers deserve more salary as they spent high fee on education for getting engineering degree. If I am talking about me i have spent 25k per month for fee in engineering but I am not getting salary as per as my minimum expectations. My have spent 25k/ month for engineering degree but I am not getting half fee of my engineering fee. I am not talking about me only, i am talking about 90% of the engineer's. Mechanical engineer are just surviving there life.

1.3 month notice period or 3 month gross salary at seperation. 2.Basic facilities like tea,bus ,cateen, insurance,health checkup, leaves,uniform & safe shoes not given by company

No work pressure. On time you c oan go home.

3 month notice period. If u want leave company immediately, then you have to pay 3 moths gross salary with 18%GST. No leave system. They cutting money in advance before a year.

Good supportive staff and the management is transparent. Company policies are good , appraisals ara fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow .

...hey terminate employees suddenly, without any notice, and with immediate effect. salary status is very poor. Don't have work satisfaction.
