S K B is a good company now a days, we can work freely and SKB management also super and supportive. Basically work environment is good and supervisor and engineer all are supportive in respective filled.

There is no training facility, and major point is salary. They are not giving salary time to time .

Your money will come to you. It may get delay. Job security for two types of people (1) who knows the trick to polish. 2) One who gives his blood to company.

One third party in Skb builders ,there is no skilled development and no quality ,no anyone thinking about employees for appraisal and growth , and here senior staff very very rude and owner is listening only one senior level and they haven’t knows how to talk I junior employees and don’t respect.

I've had a few friends and family members who either worked here or with the business and they've always raved about the atmosphere of professionalism. I look forward to being in a place that continually demands excellence while still allowing a healthy and positive work environment.

My overall experience 2 months company management is very poor along with site management also poor.
