1. Poor salary structure 2. No matter how good you are at your work, do not expect a good hike in salary. 3. If you fail to submit your assignment on time, the senior manager may cut your travelling/lunch reimbursement. 4. Hard to get recognition in this company as your senior will take all the credit of your hard work.

I have to mention my audit manager Mr subhendu das , please don't take other employees conveyance, I left the job on August 2023 but when I say please give me the conveyance which I ended on March , he says you can't give notice period, but my training period is ended on December 2022 , how can I get the notice period, he totally spoiled the company environment

1. Radhakrishna Tondon was a not a partner but he acts as a partner most of the time. There was two firms comes under SK Agarwal & Co. They fooled intern by saying we are registering you in SK Agarwal & Co but most of the time they register intern in Agarwal Tondon & Co (It is a firm of Radhakrishna Tondon). They basically running these two firms under one roof. I think everyone knows the reason. 2. Behaviour of Radhakrishna Tondon was not good towards intern. He treat interns like a slave and most of the time he allot interns into Stock Audit. 3. If your performance is slightly average then you will always allotted to Stock Audit. 4. Internal Audit team was not cooperative.

...hat work is limited. 2.) Mr. R.K. Tondon (not a partner) is a great manipulator. At first, he'll make you work like a dog by using sweet words, and then cut your salary without giving any reason for the same. He only understands one language, i.e. "the language of money".

Too much Politics, No recognition, Worst humanity of Managing Partner, Mental Harassment. Humanity can only be expected from Mr Sarat Behura..He is having perfect leadership quality. Except him do not expect anything from anyone. Knowing fully well about my Critical medicals emergencies at home they kept my Full and Final settlement in hold and released after several follow ups.
