Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

All the trustees are really Great! Payscale is okay kind of. Good Infra amd labs.

...ng with Mr. Patil. Both of them just kip on licking and buttering mr. Patil. Talking about teachers, all are just there to take the Salary on time to pay their EMIs and ruining the future of students except few teachers. Specially all the HODs of the subject. * Follow no work Culture *Highly unprofessionalism * Cheap and dirty politics are being played by few so called the oldest teachers and some of non teaching staffs to. * No Development at all * Cheap mentality of principal.
