Third class company, the management of the company is unprofessional They make the policies but interprets as per their convenience. The management of the company are like politicians and cannot take firm decisions... micromanagement is the biggest issue.

The work culture here was quite demanding. there was a strong focus on micromanagement, which made it challenging for employees to have autonomy in their roles. Office politics is common occurrence in many organizations but here it seemed to be on a different level. It creates a toxic atmosphere. One significant issue that i observed was the company's struggle to retain employees. while every company faces some attrition, It is apparent that there are some underlying issues contributing to its high turnover rate. The company's approach to rules and policies seemed inconsistent. It appeared that they would conveniently interpret these rules to their advantage, sometime invoking "company policy" when it suited them and disowning it when it did not. In terms of employee treatment, I observed instances where employees who were not favored were subject to difficult conditions to the point where they chose to quit. Currently it appears that the company is facing challenges with many issues now. Not an ideal workplace to work.
