The products they develop are outstanding.

Since the company is originally from the northern states of India, culturally, for a south Indian it is going to be a clash. For some reason , they become absolutely insecure about themselves. They speak in hindi even after you mention you don't understand the language . The manager above me is the most useless person I've ever seen a company keep in their employment. She gossips, gives unachievable targets, cannot justify it when asked , and finally will say " you are not the right fit for our team". If you're a brown noser, you'd be perfect for it. Absolutely no spine to speak their mind.or maybe they just can't make up sense to speak it out. The top level management is commendable. Fine , seasoned officials.but these mid level dancing puppets, god damn! The stupidest environment I've ever worked in. No respect for roles assigned.Micro managing as and when they please. Meddling in your work. Speaking to your customers without your knowledge. Some other sales team in Noida will call your customers in Tamil nadu.. Absolutely spineless behaviour. Not fit to to have a team underneath. Company does not understand that cultural differences exist and you must appoint right people appropriately. Can't have one home centre in Noida catering to all of India. South Indians don't trust people from the north.Thanks to every single scam we have encountered.
