every thing, no training, no growth opportunities, Its a Govt. Office work style company, if you need anything you need to know how to do buttering to the seniors. Igo issues with bosses. what skills you have no matter. No appreciation no motivation.

Products are superior than any other products in the industry. Salary Structure is Good.

Management is not upto mark. They don't care for their employees. Any situation Target is important for them. Cannot work independently.

Likes

Infrastructure and Technologies are very strong at its place which includes in-house R&D lab. Most importantly it has all necessary testing equipments and simulators to test oil and lubricants for runnability before selling to customers. The best part of this organization is having all backward and forward integration facilities including logistics on its own with control which I think very few companies have such in India. It's a great learning hub for anyone who haven't experienced such a multi-process plant in his/her career.

Dislikes

Highly experienced people with immense potential working for long long years but reluctant to adopt new technologies and systems. Motivation and Skill development is highly required.

No job security even they do not provide relieving letter ,payslips and final compensation. I got relieving letter by special interfere of head office.HR manager has position like assistant of sweeper.
