... would insult employees in various ways, which created a toxic work environment. To make matters worse, when I left the company, they refused to pay me my last month’s salary, citing that I hadn’t served the notice period. Moreover, the company consistently delayed salary payments, paying employees about 10 days later than the due date every month. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend working here under the current management.

...s a fresher and I was amazed by the training, mentoring, and support I received. The company has a great work culture, salary, and benefits. The projects are challenging and interesting. The management is supportive and the colleagues are friendly. I have learned a lot and grown a lot in this company. I am proud to be a part of SB Infowaves.

Working at sb isnok until you have numbers under your name, or face salary deduction, humiliation, reprimand, immediate termination without notice or any reason. Most pathetic the policies are all company centric nothing is employees centric

I have been with SB Infowaves for 8 years now and I can honestly feel right about it I have felt supported and valued by my colleagues and management. One thing that stands out to me is the open communication process within the company.
