He can throw you out at any time. Job security is minus zero. Dont think about warning letter.
Floor manager's also known as floor cleaners😆
They behave like they worked at MNCs but they are not at all suitable for this role.
There are 2 floor manager for single floor.😝
The one floor manager has bad attitude with zero capabilities. Everyone hates him.
Show man. Use bad words while addressing mistakes. You will feel like you are in very strict school. They keep the AC remotes in their pockets while going for break.you are not allowed to touch AC remotes.
TEAM LEADERS
Uneducated team leaders can be seen only here. Team leaders don't know how to give training and respect for colleagues.
Here TLs job is talking about others personal matters spreading rumours and targetting others.
This TLs are always searching for errors from other shifts and sending emails. Especially morning and mid shift TLs and their friends are good at searching for other's mistakes ,
1 st try to give training properly.
please learn how to behave properly instead of doing drama.
Stop targeting other's ,instead of that work Hard and get salary.
I feel like TLs are taking salary for targetting other's and for other personal matters.
Message to TLs and floor managers
Learn to recognise the hard work done by colleagues.
Stop telling fed up
Give respect to married womens & Girls.
Tell your boss to build one more washroom .
The only place left to put CCTV 📸 is washroom. I hope he wont install CCTV there also.😆

This is not at all organised company.
Please put good educated TLs and floor managers.
If you have any bad habits you can join this company.
If company TLs and manages are not correct how come Employee's will be good@ office.
Now a day's Employees also started to talk about others personal matters and spreading rumours.
Night shift is like hell here
Your health will be gone if you join. From 10:30 PM to morning 7:30 AM you have to work, make sure that you have double insurance before joining for this shift.
Single week off Sucks.
Its a BPO company
Emails calls chats everything will be there for you. Rotational work.
If anyone on leave the whole burden will be shifted to your head.
Everyone behaves like they are so good and not at all talked about other's personal matters, but here more than work job role is targeting other's and spreading rumours .💯
If you're 10 th pass and if anyone don't have job they can only join this company and work for 1 year then please don't continue in this company.
please don't waste time and life here. Good opportunities are there please search for good jobs.

...reaks 45 mins and 15 mins which should be taken seperately, yeah this is shit...I recommend not to join this company they don't pay good...There is only one week off as the other companies provide 2.

You can get better salary when compared to other companies around in mangalore.
Salary depends on how you negotiate - there are possibilities even for freshers to get much better salary then people who have been already working there.

Week off Is decided by the manager and you can only request twice in a month to get your desired weekoff.

Everyone just pretends to be good, but no one likes each other.
One unplanned leave without informing may lead to termination.
But if you are one of the managers favorite then the manager will cover you up by talking to the Boss, and no single actions will be taken against you.

7. Only Male's work in the Night Shift with no female staff tending poor work ambiance and lack of discipline on floor.
8. No flexible shift schedules, no rotations, no leaves. (0% flexibility, permanent shift timing)
9. No recreational events, social activities, CSR.
10. A 100sqft office space is monitored with 20+ CCTV cameras, serves micromanagement purposes only. (One common toilet for male and female were camera is exempted).
11. No proper rest rooms for any gender, or cafeteria.
12. You can easily find and apply to the job postings via OLX, Quikr (Qualification: 10th Pass, Good English). (No HRMS or adequate hiring process)
13. You cannot work with your real name. (If you are Rahul, You will be forced to represent yourself as Robert.)
14. Hiring and Firing are something that can be seen on a weekly basis.
15. No dedicated systems. You're asked to be seated with any vacant system that's available at the moment and it'll change next day, similar to an Internet/Cyber Café.
