Salary hike is very low and Promotion is done only when you are good in upper management. To be level up they can took 4-5 years When your performance is good.

Toxic environment, depends on the team. No promotions, depends on the team. Poor salary hike, depends on the team. Biased Management, depends on the team. Management lacks transparency. Layoffs, no value for employee feedback.

Layoff news every now and then, big question mark on job security. Promotion are really hard to get after a certain level mainyl due to a flat hierarchy. Brand name is not that great, most of the recruiters don't know S&P.
