Salary hike is very low and Promotion is done only when you are good in upper management. To be level up they can took 4-5 years When your performance is good.

Lots of racism, people sitting in US thinks they are much superior. I am in Data science field and my counterpart who doesn't know about data science things that they knows better than our team in India.
