One flaw I can see is about the salary, you will get a decent pay but it is not given as per the skill/market standard, thus it will force you to look for other option after sometime. Also a high performing employee will get similar contribution from the budget as compare to less performing employee.

It's an awesome company to work with. Cool work life balance with great compensation. Culture wise it's one of the best in delhi ncr. Loved working with these guys.

Learning could be stagnant after sometime .

...t bonus. Company thinks about employee and benefits. Leave benefit is also good. pay is great based on experience.

Likes

Employee friendly policies, ample leaves, insurance, flexible work timings, work life balance. Though at times it can be very demanding but it varies from project to project. I spent upto 14 hours a day when it really required. Good to start your career with (Initial 6 to 24 months only)

Dislikes

Hardwork often doesn't pay well here. Poor compensation in comparison to industry average, raising concern be it work, opportunities or compensation usually hits dead-end, not too much of flexibility if you want to learn something different, employees are not encouraged by their superiors to do things out of box. Indian management/managers/leads sucks! If you are under a British or Non-Indian leads, your skillset really see some growth else very monotonous.

Work life balance, Work load is manageable, Compensation is decent (not too high, not too low)

Dislikes

Layoff news every now and then, big question mark on job security. Promotion are really hard to get after a certain level mainyl due to a flat hierarchy. Brand name is not that great, most of the recruiters don't know S&P.
