Working alongside different teams on the same floor gives a great level of exposure to mix and know more about the happening world. In the past few months, the company has done excessive cost cutting which has resulted in high no. of individuals leaving the organisation. The team structure is highly dependent on the team leads. So, all appraisal and other improvements are handed by the TLs itself which ultimately leads to partiality and incompetencies. Ahmedabad location is a bit unhealthy for outstation candidates. All the projects and important assignments are assigned only to Gujarati people, ignoring the rest.

People first organisation, offers get wellness benefits be it medical or parental benefits. Salary offered is not comparatively low but overall the benefits and culture would bridge the gap. Great learning and management

Senior leadership are trying best to make it great place to work. And it is actually great place where you can start your career as a fresher.

They will treat like that. (4) senior leadership are not aware about how the bottom level of employees are treating from their managers.

Work life balance and job is very safe there, And Leaves and other policies are very good for employee.

Salary hike is very low and Promotion is done only when you are good in upper management. To be level up they can took 4-5 years When your performance is good.
