Layoff news every now and then, big question mark on job security. Promotion are really hard to get after a certain level mainyl due to a flat hierarchy. Brand name is not that great, most of the recruiters don't know S&P.

Work life balance Frequent releases (due to which you will have to work one weekend every month) Product leadership doesn't provide business value of features being developed No orientation/training on company products

One flaw I can see is about the salary, you will get a decent pay but it is not given as per the skill/market standard, thus it will force you to look for other option after sometime. Also a high performing employee will get similar contribution from the budget as compare to less performing employee.

It's an awesome company to work with. Cool work life balance with great compensation. Culture wise it's one of the best in delhi ncr. Loved working with these guys.
