Here Salary is received on time. Freshers and Trainee Engineer should most welcome. All Engineering Staff including GM and PM sir are supportive and friendly in nature.

Dislikes

Initial starting payment is very less. Outgoing timing is not fixed. Work pressure is more. Lack of technical issues while execution of work. More trust on contractor, and others thekedars, No respect for engineer

Work environment is good,good benefits provided,wellbeing leaves and wellbeing benefits are provided,good salary

Generally S&P keep selling its department which it feels like that are not giving much profits and then they sold out to amy company who is giving good amount only and that company keep fires the people,I front of me 65% employee has been fired,so no jib security in that

Work life balance, Work load is manageable, Compensation is decent (not too high, not too low)

Layoff news every now and then, big question mark on job security. Promotion are really hard to get after a certain level mainyl due to a flat hierarchy. Brand name is not that great, most of the recruiters don't know S&P.

Work life balance is excellent, salary & benefits also superb without any CTC they will provide the salary to the employees. Cab facility is free for everyone.

Don't expect much salary hikes, appraisals & promotions.

This organization has lost all respect from me. Citing economic situations, the organization is on cost cutting spree, firing people, hiring freeze, travel freeze, cost cutting on annual events, and promotion freeze. However the hypocricy of the organization is they hire hundreds of freshers, take them to Dubai for induction and host multiple events in a 5 star hotel along with freshers stay. All the executive management travelled as well. They gave 20%-30% hike to the freshers who joined last year. This hypocrisy shows where does the priority of the organization lies. This has made be doubt their leadership.
