I just like some monetary benefits about this company like one time IT Allowance, and flexibility of work.

Dislikes

...get paid 3. Reviews about managers are not taken seriously 4. Quality issues 5. Low salary growth 6. No career growth 7. No learning only data entry 8. Work like robot 9. No engagement in teams 10. Mangers have informal approach and enter in researchers house.

Transparent pay package at all level. Range of base pay is visible across all levels. Promotion can happen any time with instant pay increase. 6 month paternity leave. No time tracking.

They have good policy for employee benefits and paid at par with market standards and compared to their competitors. They provide ok work life balance

...ction, more repetitive work. In some of the locations there is micro-management. Not that great in terms of company culture, managers keep on poking you based on your salary feels like they are paying from thier pockets. Every location has different policies.

Layoff news every now and then, big question mark on job security. Promotion are really hard to get after a certain level mainyl due to a flat hierarchy. Brand name is not that great, most of the recruiters don't know S&P.
