Provides good working culture, facilities are great, has hybrid working structure, salary benefits are good depending in which department your working.

Dislikes

People management in terms of utilizing the available workforce is lacking, not much clarity on career growth and future prospects as the work handed over could either be monotonous or not much clarity on nature of work that has been assigned.

...ion i have given is based on my own experience so others may have different one. I started here as my first job through campus so salary to all people was equal. As i don't have previous experience (fresher), therefore i have focus on learning, experiencing things, developing knowledge and skills rather than focus on package. Work environment is very good. You can easily enjoy your personal as well as professional life so good balance is there. As i joined a department which is newly started so there could be lots of future opportunities.

Dislikes

As i earlier said initially i am not focusing on salary but it is one of influencing factor of motivation so at initial level it is average package. But i can say that if you have potential and your performance is good then you will get more based on that.

The Salary is ok, but they provide a lot of benefits other than the Salary, which helps them keep the employees. Work culture is very nice and the company keeps providing gifts on different occasions.

Dislikes

There are a lot of office politics involved, where undeserving employees would be promoted, just because they are close with the managers. If you are hard working employee but not really involved in the politics, you will never progress. We had a lot of examples where if the employee was reaching/reached all criteria for promotion, they would be transferred to a different sub dept(in the name of Co. requirement), without any promotion and the employee would need to work for fulfilling all the promotion requirements from scratch. The managers would also keep on rating you low, if you do learn any new skill, but if you do learn any or get any certification, they will never provide any work to utilize those skills.

... honest, hardworking then you should avoid this company at Ahmedabad location. Poor salary scale as comapare to profile. Poor growth. Infact I have seen 1st company in my career where seniors are getting less salary as compare to fresher. This one is totally strange...!!!

Work related corruption is there. Average professionalism. Poor policies Fresher's have more salary then seniors....🙄🙄!!!!!!!!!!!! Management has already decided who will go ahead and who will not. Performance metrix and etc are just for show offf. If you ambitious, hardworking and really wanted to do grow your career then you can avoid. If you have nothing to do then go and do job with the same.
