Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

RySS is transforming more number of Farmers from Conventional Farming to Natural Farming which is eco friendly, gives higher in yields as well as incomes to Farmers by practicing NF and reduce in Cost of cultivation.

Work satisfaction - Good

RySS is unable to give yearly hike to the people working in District and State level offices who are qualified and eligible. No proper Hierarchy level is found Unable to give timely honorarium to cadres
