When I was in company they count First In Last Out Time Now They Have changed the rule - Time is stopped when you go outside.

- They will give you workload so you resign & pay bond - If you don't pay bond, They will not give you Relieving & experience letter and also cut your salary. - They are lying about hybrid culture, at least not in Ahmedabad - You have to work from office 98% - They looted my salary of 4 days means not gave my salary till last working day - There is P.M.O. is doing politics, Worst P.M.O. i have ever seen in my professional life. she doesn't know how to handle employees and how to do management - HR Manage doesn't know how to solve employee queries. He is not answering message for 1-2 months. - Most of celebrations are arranged in office premises, Even Navratri garba are arranged in office premises. - They are not planning any trip in a year like most of other companies are doing - sandwich leave policy.

No WFH...not even in emergency.... 4-5 month late appraisal every year....and not good appraisal... Before joining just ask about company to their current employees..you will get all details.... without inquiry don't join this company...

I liked that they only count in and out time. But they changed that too now 8 hours effective hour compulsory and 1 hour of break. Howsoever dumb you are company will not fire you.

Salary is low Poor work life balance Bad politics from upper management No good project so no growth As dumb people don't get fired company is full of garbage (consisting some good people.. "some") Management have trust issue. So they will take bond, blank cheque, and educational marksheet (non sense).

I worked as a intern for seven months. Work culture is good, team members are supportive & helpful. Good for skills development; you get opportunity to learn new things.

Infrastructure is worst, resources are very scare, likely to struggle with poor internet, outdated systems and lack of testing devices. There are only 2 common bathrooms between 110 people working in day shift. Cafeteria can only fit 25 people max at time. HR management is rigged, better clear everything before joining, even up to fnf and documents. Personality my form 16 is still due after 3 months. Managers are out of depths, you will struggle explaining them massively, yet they are the only link between you and client and that is big mess. Only half hour break In entire duration of the day, that includes lunch. No other facilities are there. No activities other than work at all, not even technically discuss between teams, workshops or participation in any event. if they do organization anything that will be in your personal time i.e. after office hours or you have to come fill your hours on weekends. Strongly do not recommend this company.
