...hroughout my tenure in the company I felt the managers are biased against women. They have a problem with women earning a decent salary and kept throwing it in my face not just when i was supposed to get a a hike or a promotion but also in regular conversations. HR officials are literally manners less. They do not know how to talk to the resources, their processes are under developed, they are completely management puppets.

Dislikes

Do not be part of this organization if you can get into a better company. This is an immature company with immature leadership. They have no processes for the projects or otherwise. It is a total chaos. The culture is mentally torturing as the managers interfere in everything and micromanage. This used be a good org but now it is very controlling and the managers are adamant and absolutely lack decency and manners.

Salary and bonus are really good. Job security is high unless you have performance problems.

Company needs to enhance it's cultural and have local policies implemented which are useful retain good talent =

RXO is great place to work. It gives you the opportunity to work on good tech stack and more importantly it also encourages you to learn and grow

Job security is something which major set back to work at RXO. You job can be taken at any point of time whenever they find your replacement at cheaper price

It's using latest technology as all products are newly build and RXO is also a 2 year old company.

Dislikes

1. Shift timings 12 to 9 pm and 1 to 10 pm 2 Cost cutting at every step when it comes to rewarding employees. 3. Freight recession affecting salaries 4. Extreme pressure on existing workforce as people are very less who are joining RXO

I like the work life balance that RXO has provided me with and also the work culture here is great. It provides the freedom to use your thoughts and easy the process in any way you can by providing all kinds of support

Dislikes

Work from home is being discontinued. At least once a week should be allowed.
