...on for contributing major in any project. 10.Mediocre service based company. 12.Very less salary compared to industry standard. 13. Very poor communication in the cross team and same team. 14.Very harsh and abusive language used often in teams. 15.threating of firing and no appraisal are given if you don't work on weekends or after the working hours. 16. very authoritarian culture and no respect for lower level employee. 17. No HR policies for any issues. 18.Often get judged by manager for any mistake. 19. Not people oriented company. manager and boss only care for work to be completed in unreal time limit. 20. very very Late appraisal cycle and happens with 5 to 10%. 21. Often manager and boss try to manipulate lower level employee for sharing personal information so that they can assign task to anytime. 22.No transportation facility. 23.Working with old technology. 24.On the one side very less number of leave is given but on leave they also try to expect to work on leave. 25.almost no working culture , you will have to work anytime.

They will pay good But the work you’ll be doing you won’t feel like the salary is enough

Extreme toxicity Not good for freshers they will be exploited Instead of help you will get to hear taunts from senior. Threats of firing and appraisals are given if you don’t work on weekends.

Freshers/Juniors works day and night just so that their seniors get Employee of the month award, they doesn't treat us like humans seniors are just trying to save themselves and put blame on all the juniors training here is like nothing you won't learn anything here you'll just find it hard to switch from here. work here will make you mentally numb will effect your mental health no compensation for overtime they'll ask you to work as if it is their birthright to make us work like robots.

You can consider it for short period of time. Don't go for long term. People are helpful in some teams. Permanent work from home for some teams and for some, they required to report in office daily.

...promotions are delayed unnecessarily. All of this promotes bad work environment. You would be required to stretch also on weekends without any recognition or extra pay.

Free food Office location is nice. WFH for consulting teams.

Pv signal is the worst team that RxLogix owns specially PVS professional. Few members in PVS professional team thinks that they are only one knows pvs and apart from them all the team members are useless. A lots of internal politics even though few managers are involved. No self development in context of learning new technology.
