Food, accommodation, no weekly off even shift changes at Sunday in half time so you have to work after 6 hours again and no compensation for Sunday you worked. Even on national holidays they will make you work. No personal life you have anyone buttering guy will report every single thing about you to HO and pm.

Familiar environment and colleagues as well as sportive. The parts of the company is good which are most important are timely salary, free food, and free bachelor accommodation.

... in HO has guided you and helped you with safety concerns on the project's site. The salary package is less as per your experience and qualifications.

...r 6 months. And not a single person in the HR department ever picked up my call. You got nothing from the company side but just your salary. If you want to ask something or have any problem related to the company or work, then it's your problem nobody will even pick up your calls. They even don't have the enough knowledge about how a team should be built for a specific project. They hire non-educated, non-professional people in your team. Ahhh, worst company I've ever worked with.

Management are civil based like road site contractor.They are non technical. They don't respect employees and can terminated any time. Specially kusmunda site incharge Ravindra Babu is a chep mentality person and torture employees. Suggested not to join

1.Food has become some what less decent 2.It was decent earlier but due to cook inefficiency it's not cooked properly 3.Coffee / Tea system (Only APM DPMs Get coffee)
