Absolutely nothing to like, they cheat clients promising unreasonable timelines and when they fail to deliver, BLAME THE CLIENTS.

Dislikes

It is run like a road side TEA SHOP. Rules, procedures change as per the whim of the Director - Ananth Karthik and his friend CEO. Purpose of this Company is satisfy their pleasures by targeting Ladies and harassing them.

I started as a intern, now i am working almost 2 years as a Software Developer in RVM, now i got good experience and learning in my field. This place makes me so comfortable to work and learn with experienced Professionals with Ananth, Shiva and Mithun they guided me to handle the work pressure. So it's the best place. Thank You RVM for the wonderful experience.

Wen comes to Dislike. I have no comments for this. Because this place gave me strong basement in Software Developement and other things too.

My internship experience( as a UI/UX Designer) has supported my long-term goals as I have been able to observe and learn valuable skills. I have improved in organising my files and manage time. Everyone I was in contact with was extremely accommodating and helpful and efficient. This was my first intern and one of the most rewarding part of of this intern is, they find your passion and guide you in the most supportive way

Dislikes

The only major drawback is, they didn’t provide me enough raita for biriyani sometimes : ( And could have provided some snacks in the evening ; p

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
