Worst environment for teachers...Extreme politics in Malad East..Right from Principal level ..Buttering to higher post works a lot...Whole system is biased and selfish...Co ordinator of grade 1&3 is worst...If ur her puppet then only ur worth is seen if not ur hardwork is not appreciated....

The principal is supreme and she can do whatever. She can throw you out if she doesn't like your face and it's done overnight. No questions asked. Hard work will not help, just maintain rapport with the principal and enjoy your time. ZERO JOB SECURITY !!! Too many reports to make and too many reporting heads. The task is assigned last minute, everything is urgent. CIRCUS is the right word for VIBGYOR!

Foundation should give employee a more days to learn more things . They can't learn all things in 10 months as institute has so many policies and regulations.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
