Very good working environment, colleagues and seniors and management is very friendly and understanding, got learn a lot working things on computer, basics of subject ,way of teaching and interacting with kids and their parents.

I disliked the growth in salary the only one thing that I din like.

Salary is on time.company holiday policy is good..

Old staff lobby is there.Gm not receiving new staff call only recieving old staff call.. company management not giving any quick response.not family life is there..less staff more work..working culture is to much bad..

i just love there salary cycle paper work and out side staff.

i just wanted to say management is good but Manager are horrible they had been work in lodha and there behaviour are on next level hype,pathetic behaviour , attitude,work swing They are just not representing Rustomjee but for sure they down There respects with there co workers

worst politics Seniors don't do anything just transfer the load to juniors they don't take any responsibility Workload-to-staff ratio is unsustainable No leaving until work is done Target based job 3 month notice period

... the Maharashtra. Excellent Management commitment, Strong HR. Job satisfaction. Excellent Provision for Salary and other expenses. ETC....Never ending comments for the RUSTOMJEE Greatness.

Never to say anything about RUSTOMJEE. But some staff taking unnecessary advantage.
