...ly want to learn and grow with ethics and corporate professionalism DO NOT JOIN. 1-2 mnths delay in salary is there normal. Management and Manager are not concerned about staff. You might give your 100% but in return u will only get 0.1% from the Management. Staff policies are just meant for Company benifit no actual benifits for staff and their queries.

Ethics is just a word for management it really dosent means anything.Your hard work is never rewarded moreover you are doubted for your each action.

First of all Rustomjee Brand means job security, my colleagues , salary growth, learned lots of things at the first stage of my carrier

Only politics which I don't like , but it's common thing which is happen everywhere

The staff is very supportive, overall you do get a fairly decent opportunity to gain experience with matters that can be usually outside your purview. Fairly decent for freshers especially.

Dislikes

Not a whole lot of growth potential. There is also the issue of staff mostly feeling under appreciated unless you are here through some connections. Also, the management is very used to withholding information and so I find it difficult to take their words at face value.

Likes

Dynamic working environment and everyday felt like going on a new war, so lot of self-learnings in the chaotic, unstructured, and unorganized working environment. Growth opportunities given to all and only the toughest could survive, not for people looking for relaxed and structured work processes. So if you're coming from a big MNC, be ready for surprises.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, policies only on paper but not applied in reality, biased management (eg: late comings allowed for people in so called senior mgmt and favorites of boss but salaries deducted for others even if there was a strong valid reason), two Saturdays in a month off for only so called head office staff but not for centre/branch staff, which means no uniformity in policies across entire organization and the boss bragged about creating and maintaining UNIFORMITY, not sure which book he read for the definition of uniformity. Salaries and F&F settlements of employees who left the organization even 2 years back are yet to be cleared even before COVID 19 struck, so COVID now is just an excuse. IT WAS A PERSON-DRIVEN COMPANY RATHER THAN PROCESS-DRIVEN.

No Job Security, work environment is horrible. No any extra curriculum activity.

Dislikes

Management doesn't understand any issues, any new development, administrative experience is too pathetic. No increment no designation hike
