In this company increment and growth is zero, security of job is also very less and work culture is very typical and dessi, don't spoil your career over here please don't do mistake of choosing this company. Sales person is like labour no value of the sales team and only office team treated as prime minister

I have gained very good experience and I have learned many things other than the account knowledge, including technical ideas. It was great opportunity for me to learning. And innovative ideas are excellent of the company along with that we can improve ourselves

Salary was not satisfied as it was small town and home town for me. So they offered good salary for north east Indian S.

The biggest disadvantage of this company is that you are constantly under surveillance. Each and every activity and what you speak is captured. This is a breach of privacy. This makes one feel nurveious, unnatural & uncomfortable. People judged you based on gender. If you are a female, you will find people around you who will make you unconfortable. There is a tremendous double standard which begins with HR. You will excel only if you please your HOD.
