The worst company ever to start you carree with.They make you sign the company bond ,however if you fail to join the company you need to pay 75,000 to the company.Worst company ever.They even make you sign the bond on offer letter.Kindly read all policies carefully before signing . However the work culture is pathetic.Worst company ever .Wouldnt recommend anyone to join.

Bhai majaburi ho tabhi aa na matlab berozgaar ho to baki tum talanted ho,Clever ho to koi matalab nahi bahut politics hai log burai zyada karte hai charge yad nay rahata lakin faltu bate zyda yad rahati hai koi sikhta nahi hai jin logo ki pahalu company hai or wo purane hai to tum ko bahut pareshan karege agar tum un jase nay bante to matlab budbak bhai yaha future barbad hai mat aa na baki bhagwaan aap ka bhala kare 😐

Here , terrible culture,don't know when yours salary will be deducted,no Quality prospective.managenent is good but some people blackmail in the name of management,who ever don't do any work,only pressure creation .If good happen ,take themselves credit and if any wrong blame on others .

There is un bond included in Appointment letter mentioned that minimum employment term is 1 year if you want to go before 1 year you'll have to pay 25% of yearly CTC..after the pay of that amount they are not giving reliving letter...no extra benifit for employees only work and get payed Wht your Package thats enough no medical politics is top post...

The review given by other are true there is no work personal life balance. The one who join Rusan dose t have personal life. , Work culture is worst and full of politics there is a Head of HR he creates nonsense rule and make every one to adhere such as you are not supposed to work on competitors company as of there are more companies working in narcotics. Also implement ban of whole therapy calss such as CNS FOR A product which is not even selling., All father and kids are sitting from top level and treats a employee like a donkey. Even after every one resigned job in unit myself handled whole unit almost more than a quater during covid my boss was like what have u done somany days . Even I sacrificed my whole day just for Rusan and no respect.

Nonsense company. no work ethic . U should enter by 9.15 or fixed time if u r late they will deduct your half day salary if u even work till late night 12
