New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

No issues for vehicle parking Office timing is Good Short leave benifits Some of Senior persons is supportive

Salary in cash always They deduct your PF from cash salary...ya it's true..which is very difficult to explain someone while switching job Lunch timing only 30 minutes Management is very poor, don't know when two 'uneducated' ladies fire you No job security Toxic environment Nothing is special to enhance skills

The only thing that I dislike about Rus Education is its timing. 10-6:30. If it could be 10-6 then its very beneficial.

I had a great experience with Rus Education. The company provides ample opportunities and professional development, including training sessions. At rus education the management is approachable and supportive always ready to listen to employees' ideas and concerns they are ready to help at any point they support each employee equally there is an open door policy where employees can freely communicate with higher management
