Ruralshores will never allow a person to work as per SOP explained at the time of interview, They don't want qualified professionals, They don't want persons who works sincerely as per company Norms All the Management people are corrupted and they work for bribe. If any employee working sincerely means, they'll lose their bribe, so the employee will be removed without any proper reasons and procedures. They'll say that they Abide to SOP, but the truth is they Abide to money only...

There is a lot of politics and they never encourage south people to grow up... If you ask for salary on time, you are a culprit to the company. Person with ZERO expectations and with ZERO responsibilities.....can work here... I'll never recommend this to any one....

A good place to start your carrier but if ur an experienced individual then only select this company if u get an opportunity in the same domain & also no appreciation will be given to you unless u demand it.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... you pour to growth of company in past. I have ever seen such a furious company. If the company has no projects in hand then they put their resources on hold means no work no pay.

Bhaichara & company politics. No value at all of your knowledge & experience. Company always looks for low budget resources what a terrible company I have ever seen my life.
