The working hours are from 10 am to 7 pm, but you can join at 10:30 am, which is the only good thing about this company. Everything else is worse, including the office building and the washrooms. On rainy days, water even enters the office.

This company is a fraud. It operates like an NBFC, but provides misleading information to customers. They instruct employees to contact customers and promote loans, but they deceive them. They tell customers they can receive a loan of Rs. 500000, but end up offering only Rs. 1000 or Rs. 2000. There are only 20 to 25 employees, including interns, who are given all kinds of work but are paid only a salary of Rs. 6000. Avoid this company as there are no career growth opportunities. They are also involved in various illegal activities. They have an application called BCB (Bharat Credit Builder), which offers several subscription plans but provides no actual service. Instead, they manipulate customers and collect money through the BCB app. Even they illegally collect personal data, including customers' contact list. It is against the law to collect such contact information, yet they unlawfully gather this data from users who log into the application and misuse it.
