Three times layoff in last 11 month. Less pay and less hikes in appraisal Tough to get promoted Bad leadership No testing team developer has lot of things to do other than development. Last layoff they fired all testing teams and product team and expect developer to handle both along with development

Work culture is fine , people in the company is very nice, supportive team members, office infrastructure is fine

Too much politics during appraisal, very low percentage of appraisal, apart from salary nothing is available for employees

Overall everything are average. Salary ans medical all are the good benefits even salary came on time whatever the situation is going on.

If you wants promotions only your work not define here you need to close with management then only you can get opportunity to grow up.

... the resigned the company has not paid Full and final amount even after 45 days. There is no support of Human resources, if you have any problem with salary and petrol allowance. This coming here employee to make salve only . Never work in this shit company. They hold salary and your petrol expenses for no reason. At the time of interview they told me you will get 20000 + petrol however I have not received petrol amount for last three months.

1.Here work life is sucks. 2.Loan managers work here like a delivery boy. 3.TBM finds loophole in system and earn money like transfer business in family and friend RBP’s and also change one employee business to favourite employee. 4.If TBM’s help their loan manager in business then ask half money/incentive against this. 5.Loan mangers should be on time on transactions assigned but TBM’s come office once in a blue moon,All the punctuality and regulation only for Loan managers. 6.TBM’s put all pressure on loan managers and use foul languages and threatened those who are against his orders. I have suggestion to Rupeek please check reality for loan managers right and what there are facing and please check TBM’s what there doing and should some strictly rules like should reach RO daily on time and track his day activities and last please check RBP history TBM’s earn lots of money by transferring business.
