Company is good. Citi heads not understand market situation and they well do work for against company given target (e.p company told weekly 3 case has to be done but sales head put the pressure to do 7 case. ).In tamilnadu no employee not work for morethen 3 month in the company seriously management sure analyze to this for company future.

... the resigned the company has not paid Full and final amount even after 45 days. There is no support of Human resources, if you have any problem with salary and petrol allowance. This coming here employee to make salve only . Never work in this shit company. They hold salary and your petrol expenses for no reason. At the time of interview they told me you will get 20000 + petrol however I have not received petrol amount for last three months.

...own they ask us to resign and at that time when no one can afford to be jobless. Infact many of us give the proposal that we can work without pay, once company will be on track only then you should pay but this doesn't make any sense and they layoff more than 1000 employees.

Job security is not there. They can throw you out without giving any reason.

It gives u average salary, good incentive but u have to give at least 14 hours a day

There is no job security as u already left ur older job for this and they will throw u out in just one month basis Some times without any notice..

Job is not safe. They fired in pandemic time. all senior are politicians

There is a lot of politics and management can solve our issues. There is no salary issue but they hold incentive. There is no any bond of job they can fire you anytime. They hired by other consultancy
