...o the Managements to secure his chair since last 10 yrs. HR policy is not good. always ready to cut your salary. Fully BABU culture, no corporate mentality of the MANAGEMENTS. Only oiling is reqd.

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

HR team, not at all supportive. The GM Hr will ask you to leave if you don't like knowing the fact all the facts that are genuine. Deputy managers/reporting managers are abusive and ill mannered. Very demotivating and distressing all the time you will sit for a meeting.

During interview they agree with your all words. After joining exactly opposite will happen.

No work life balance toxic culture very bad behaviour. Though their HR team is good. Treat you very bad way.

Nothing.very typical orthodox culture.No proper HR policy.everything is as and when required.no proper PMS done.no scope for new learning..all are doing sterio type job.its. Good house for fresher to start but not for the experienced..
