there is no work life balance and when the seniors say something sudden they increase there volume like juniors are nothing, basically overall worthless company and working here means slavery to all. don't choose this company of any cost, such life will be spoiled.

Early interaction during the 2018-2020 period with Management was good and motivating.

Dislikes

Very small organization and no possible growth in individual functions. Only 1-2 person in each function. SAP is not there and the ERP used is Microsoft Business central which is very basic. Work expectations is very high and it is expected to always be working even on Sundays and on leave. The variable part increases each year by 5% and almost 50-70% portion is not given. No WFH even for support functions.Office policies changes as per their convenience and office politics is very demotivating factor.

Payscale is nice for a fresher. Seniors and colleagues are friendly and cooperative. The accomodation is amazing but good luck finding time to enjoy your accomodation.

Dislikes

Unlike other established plants, this plant provides nothing in the name of professional, technical training. The job itself is draining and very demanding. Learnings you can absorb from your work is none. If you're willing to sacrifice the musings and free time from your life and you don't want to prepare for anything aside the job, Welcome aboard!
