Company not paying salary on time and hold the salary of 2 3 month and then when u left the job they will not paid to you. His MD is taking very politely but not believing on that because they are not worth company . do not take job in rudraksha i have very bad experience in my all carer.

I like the way I handled the projects there and deal with the client-based project which I love to develop that one

the pay scale there was very poor and the way authority deal with there employes was very bad

No job security ,less pay,Amit gupta is the monster ther dont waste your career ,No Experience Letter .I advice Not to join in any conmdition

Very poor work culture,less pay,No learning ,No facilities,Food Quality is below average,never join if u dont want your spoil your career

I have worked with good communicative team mates and they are so helpful. The company gave me a good job security and good work environment. I have spent well Work-life balance on there.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.Even I have faced Salary deduction for traveling and for room rent purpose. I never felt that there was some learning fact which will develop me for future.

Don't join no job security ,alots of politics ,poor culture, salary is quiet low ,fake commitments,no experience letter provide by company .

Dislikes

No proper team and they fire people randomly without any notice so please do not join.
