Rudraksha ceramic is very poor company my feedback about company is very bad ..he used only cheap quality product and his rate is very high and they do not give any bonus any promotion our employee and senior nature is very bad and totally politics culture atmosphere in company

...and management is transparent. Team member supportive. Company policies average. They give average salary structure.

Dislikes

There is no bond policies,and doesn't politics this company. But salary is poor like your designations deserved. No incentive and no proper apresal and timely hike.
