Opportunities for growing employees are very limited or it can be said that it is only available where the sales vertical is involved only.

... given and once achieved the target they use to increase the number of targets.. No growth option no fixed salary commitment of incentives and later on half of the salary was deducted due to targets if not achieved

Team mates were good but alot of jealous people who were not in the same team as they were in the last few days of the year

There is no rule and regulations and no corporate culture.they totally focuss on sell.one of the wrost company.they treat employee like machine and always ready to drink employees blood.dont join this organisation.thos company will not sustain in future
