No training was provided and higher of targets were given and once achieved the target they use to increase the number of targets.. No growth option no fixed salary commitment of incentives and later on half of the salary was deducted due to targets if not achieved

Team mates were good but alot of jealous people who were not in the same team as they were in the last few days of the year
