New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow. The work pressure in season time is very high.sometimes, I have to work 14-16hr straight in a day as I have to manage daily targets.
