As per work salary is less and some facilities like canteen and bus are not available. Most space issue is there

Team bonding and milestones achievements with team work. Responsibility given makes the independent work efficiently.

Dislikes

Appraisal with independent of performance. Salary benefits not as per previous organisation. Working hours are more flexible than regular 9 hrs.

Exciting projects and hardworking people working with lot of hopes and dreams for tomorrow.

...ood hikes other wise you have to wait for next March to be eligible for hike. Transportation should be provided and it's cost should be beared by company cause employees already have low salaries. Plant HR's don't have any authority so they won't be able to conclude on employees queries, every decision is transferred to corporate and then they conclude by always denying. Good desk & chair should be given to every employee at least who work on pc/laptop.

No work life balance, you need to work 12+ hours every day, too much politics. Bus available but you can't use it because of extra working hours.

The office colleagues and CFTs are quite frank and friendly.

Dislikes

Need to work out on many irrelevant things, just to keep your work on track. Management needs to hire people's in respective departments so as to avoid unwanted working hours.
