Nothing to like all the bosses monitoring 24 hour through camera and project manager treating staff like labourers.. if a person survive more than 3 months it would be great achievement

Terrible and horrifying work culture even senior engineer treated like supervisor you cannot sit even in the office more than 5 minutes..

I have had the privilege of working at Rubberwala for the 6 years. Overall Rubberwala is a fantastic place to work with a culture that promotes growth, collaboration and work life balance. I am proud to be a part of such dynamic and supportive organization and highly recommend to entire seeking a fulfilling and positive work experience.

Can't even start to describe the inconvenience, they do not even have normal English toilet for people, terrible work life culture and terrible way of treating employees, religious bias is also present!!

They will put the cameras behind you, in 9 hours you can not seat even. The main role of directors is monitor the staff through cameras only. Organisation with 85% attrition rate. If the person survive for more than 6 months, is great achievement.

Everything Specially the mentality of management

Absolutely pathetic company. No system no process. Business runs on the mood of the owner. He can fire anybody anytime. Worst company to work with. Beware stay away.
