Very worst working atmosphere, in Malaysia only rubberflex not yet improved the systems conditions. Still they are In 1980s.we will looose our experience.

Dislikes

No training, too much politics, better in India if ur in better company, don't select Rubberflex, in Malaysia lot companies and vacancy are there, but still Rubberflex not yet developed. No engineer's are required. Still that is the only company running with terrific manpower. Complete system s Manul
