The istitute did various projects on Rubber plant. I worked in molecular physiology lab. As a lab assistant I like the scientists and research scholers of the department. All members of the lab are cooperative and helped manytimes. I could study some molecular techniques with the help of madam and research scholers. Job security had good. Its central goverment institute so the work management and company policies were also good.
