HR Department Misbehaving,Fraud at offering Salary package, not Transparency related to company policy and salary package (CTC). , very warm atmosphere ( exhost not working) polluted air with hazardous chemicals.

Do not face much on office politics. If one is a hard worker and creative, company values his/her talent a lot. The company is having a good team of key employees, in case of any grievances, it first comes to key employees for there review and based on their comments, management takes final call.Employees appraisal are being done on quarterly basis which gives a fair chance to employees to present their work and improvements before the management.

Dislikes

Compensation is ok. Having a very lengthy process of approvals and very strict controls on employees activities. Trust levels are very low and everything is controlled by management with a close mindset.

Worst culture developed by all EA to Directors No proper system of work profile n work life balance Management can get sales done by technical person or Account ppl or HR work by finance employees Management think that money can buy anything 25years old staff was fired in a moment here All get bonds signed while increament by management to bind u from 360degree Nothing been donr for employees issues and their daily problems as u don't have right to talk to management. Old age home at top level like Director, Plant head, CHRO , CRDO, COO etc are 65+ Never join company if u love ur career n family If ur 100 works fine n 1 work not done which in case management notice , u may get fire quickly One director has vision as he is with golden spoon so always treat employees, HODs like anything No IT infrastructure properly . Poor kind of office desks and old building office No timely replacement of staff and existing would be over burdened if anyone left job HR dept and EAs are rulling office employees like anything on name of directors

Work place is worst, Plant location is not good also air pollution and work place is so dirty and so many bees(makhi) over there, management support is less, no process, no work life balance over all i suggest to not work there worst place to work
