No growth, only politics can run the company and his people no other skill is required for job here. The company logo is "the joy of creating of institutions" it's very funny... Here only company creating politicians... If you will work here definitely u will got a parliament seat.

i believe that co. is good but my salary is very less according to work assign to me. i believe i deserve more because i know my work efficiency and dedication. i was in payroll before in MNC but i didnt know that in other co. there is some contract system so i joined here in contract and now i am looking for payroll and with good package.

...ant and so friendly, we worked as a team. I learned so many things from rubamin. It's have High quality products, good staff, salary package and also global client base company.

Dislikes

Pollution and noise was so much in the surroundings , low staff in women, Canteen facilities were poor. Some of managers do not value individuals unique strengths and smartwork.

Not Dislike but some Suggestions which need to review and bring Improvement: 1. Policy Should be same for All Employees if they are on Same Designation it should not be in control of HOD. 2. There should be option for Commercial team (Purchase & Marketing) to work from home and office as many companies having this system due to Advance technology also it can Save many Cost. 3. Job Timings should be same for all departments at Corporate for smooth Work and Proper Co-ordination 09:30 AM means Sharp 09:30 AM. 4. 5 days Working Culture should be there for better work life balance. 5. Work and Job role should be change every 2 years as same employee doing same work since so many years is not good for his or her personal growth as well as company. 6. Corporate People Should visit Plant at least once a week to know what is going in plant from all Departments and for better Exposure and learn the Operations at Plant. 7. If More than 5 Employee from Corporate visiting plant than there is should be special arrangement of Vehicle from Office as it is observed that 1 Person going in car others in Bus which need to be think and bring some improvement. 8. There is Should Be Departmental Trainings for Each department and at all level and it should be keep mandatory to attend. 9. Tea should Be Served in Glass/ Steel cups rather than Paper cups as Paper cups are Bad for Health and Environment.
