....P . Employees leave the organisation within in 6months. Increment is not good . Salary is less and work load is high. Mental health issue occur if anyone work in the company. Be alert while joining RTW SAR company . They does scam with the employees

Teammates & other collegues are very helpful. You will enjoy cultural events & gatherings. No target based work.you will learn something new daily.

Dislikes

...ism & Nepotism based increment. Your suggestions or advise will not work here. Manager plays a very negative role in this company whether it be with your salary growth or appreciation.They take all the credit themself for the work you do & never advise management for your growth. During interview they will say saturdays & sunday off.But there is no such policy over here in any of the departments.You have to login on sunday's also.So think before joining.

Open forum to discuss directly with Director. Director and Manager (who are tenure in the organisation) are great. They help you to learn and guide you in a good way without judging.

Some non experience and immatured leaders had created toxic environment in office. Casteism and favouritism impact on good employees
