Very bad work environment and company policies are very bad also. There is no fix time for salary . company had good team but there policies are made employees left the organisation. I wish I can give rating less tha 1 but I can't. My humble request to all think before to join RTW.

Dislikes

No work profile, work environment is very bad. There is a bond of 2 years wheather employees cannot left by there side but company can terminate anytime.

This is very sad to know that all old employees of RTW has been left from there and still company is thinking that all employees are unprofessional/lack of knowledge . RTW MANAGEMENT is behaving like they are runNing a general store . There is no respect of any employee from top to bottom. Even they forgot there hard work , they don't have any respect of employees. I did lot of work bt at the end i am useless for the company So request you to please thnk 100 times before join this company Regards

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
