... is low and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. In sufficient staff. Some times, I have to work 14 to 18 hours and he doesn't pay overtime (O.T).I have to attend client calls in the anytime and some times late into the night. Managers value an individuals unique strength, i have to give suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mildyear appraisals. Also, he gives on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step. Which is a pain some timesort.
