During my tenure of 14 months, my salary got delayed fir two months, but at last after clearing all dues company gave one month extra salary as an bonus for compensation of late salary, which is good gesture from CEO Rahul Prasad. Overall experience is good, projects are good, they don’t put so much work load. Worked for a year with them, got comfortable deadlines.

There is nothing to like about this fraud company. They hired me, their CEO Rahul Prasad hired me through linkedIn and then he made me work on two of the projects and did not pay me at all. They are crooks and a bunch of bandits

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
